1. Booking and Scheduling

  • Service Hours: Our cleaning services are available from 7 am to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday. For any urgent requests or specific timing needs, please contact our support team.
  • Bookings must be made 48 hours in advance. If booked any earlier, our friendly staff will contact you to arrange the best suitable time.

2. Pricing and Payments

  • Hourly Rate: Ideal for specific cleaning tasks or short sessions. Our cleaners will focus on your priorities during the booked time.
  • Flat Rate: Perfect for comprehensive cleaning. Our team will follow a detailed checklist to ensure your entire home is thoroughly cleaned.
  • Discounts: Regular clients enjoy discounts. For example, weekly or fortnightly services are offered at reduced rates.
  • Payment: Payments can be made online via our secure payment gateway. We accept major credit cards and electronic bank transfers.

3. Service Guarantee

  •  Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not completely satisfied with our service, let us know within 24 hours. We'll re-clean the areas of concern.
  • Quality Assurance: All our cleaners are experienced, background-checked, and fully insured. 

4. Health and Safety

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
